Delivery and shipping

Orders that are in stock are shipped the same working day if placed before 3:00 PM. Orders after 3:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

For orders over €10,- within the Netherlands, we do not charge shipping costs, except for long products from the lift-slide door and tilt-slide door series (such as rails and locks, etc.). These products are longer than 1.60 meters, and therefore we use a special carrier. These orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, with shipping costs starting from €29.51.

Replacing GU 937 sliding door wheels

When renovating a lifting sliding door, the wheels and the lifting lock must be replaced. The new lifting locks have a different transmission than the old locks. You can replace the GU running wheels with the GU 937 runner package with a rebate height of 45 millimeters. The other variant is TO 934 .
