A (lifting) sliding door always consists of a running wheel and a lifting lock. The sliding door wheels wear out over time. There may also be a defect with the lifting lock. If this problem occurs, the sliding door wheels also need to be replaced. The new lifting locks have a different transmission than the old locks that are no longer supplied.

When replacing, you have two choices based on the rebate height, which is 45 millimeters or 57 millimeters.

The rebate height is the size of the slot at the bottom of the door where the runners are mounted.
