For our customers outside the Netherlands we offer the option to reverse VAT. We've set up a simple registration process to ensure you can continue to enjoy our products without any hassle.

Here is an overview of the steps to have your VAT reverse charged:

1. Complete the form above with your VAT number and company details.
2. You will receive an email at the email address provided in the form.
3. Click on the "Activate your account" link in the email. Our webshop will now send a code to your email address.
4. Enter the code you received and fill it in. Voila! You can now order items in our webshop without VAT.

Were you already a business customer before December 18, 2023?
Registering for VAT-free purchasing on our new webshop requires that a new account be created.

This also applies to customers who were already registered as a business customer before December 18, 2023.

If you try to register and receive a message that the email address already exists, please note that customers who were already registered on our old website before December 18, 2023 have had their accounts transferred to the new webshop.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reactivate these old accounts as a business customer. We therefore kindly request that you create a new account.

If you want to view your orders from before December 18, 2023, you can log in with your old account details.
