Why Are There Different Versions?
GU has further developed the carriages over the years. As a result, older versions have been replaced by technically improved models.
If you have an older GU PSK 200 sliding door, you are likely to find a GU 29683 or GU 38515. Nowadays, the GU 9-42369 is used as the replacement version.
How Do You Determine Which Carriage You Have?
The type number is often not visible as long as the carriage is still installed in the sliding door.
We therefore recommend taking clear photos of:
- the top side;
- the bottom side;
- both sides;
- the complete carriage;
- the fittings in the sliding door.
Based on this, we can usually determine which version you need.
Note: Not Every PSK Carriage Is the Same
Although many PSK systems look similar, the parts are not always interchangeable.
Always check:
- ✔ the type of fittings;
- ✔ the dimensions;
- ✔ the version of the carriage;
- ✔ any article numbers.
This way, you avoid ordering the wrong part.
