Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. We will not reimburse any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We shall make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the return is necessary due to an error caused by us, we will cover the return costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
