GU sliding door parts A defective lift sliding door means problems with the lift lock, rollers or the handle. In case of a defect with the sliding door fittings, the rollers, the lift sliding lock must be completely replaced. The new lift sliding lock has a different transmission (ball) than the old lift sliding lock (hole). The trolleys therefore do not fit into the new system. Another problem is that the sliding door handle is broken, so the sliding door can no longer be opened. Complete replacement of locks, wheels, seals, and handles is therefore advisable.
